Terrible network and lack of assistance

Good day
I took out this blackberry 9360 contract in september 2012.
I previously had the blackberry 8520 on prepiad with vodacom.
However since I have joined mtn.month after month I have had terrible service.
Month #1 my debit order was loaded incorrectly, month # 2 I couldn't put my phone on private.
Month # 3 I couldn't do my cellphone banking because apparently" there was something wrong with their new 081 #", month #5. I apparently "can't download music anymore cause my bis doesn't cover that".and now
I don't have network coverage most of the time, since last week. I only have 15 mins of network when I pull off my battery. I have called their callcentre to no avail, I even get cut off due to insufficient network coverage..I took out this contract directly with mtn to avoid problems..I even have a ref# for 1 of my many calls to mtn.96748980 please sort this at vodacom I never this many problems, even if it means mtn cancelling the contract altogether.
