Nedbank Service is poor.

Ive had the company's credit card for a couple of months now and I find myself having to phone in and enquiring abut the account almost every month now.

Today I called the call centre on the 31.07.2017 between 12:50 and 13:09. I wanted to know why was my account debited for the 27th and again yesterday the 29.070.2013 for a credit card. The first lady that i spoke with she couldn't assist me as she was not sure what had happened so she put me through to collections department. The unfriendly, unpleasant lady that I spoke with after I had told her about my enquire she said i must call a 011 number i told her that i couldn't as I'm from cape town and cannot make other call to JHB and i ask her to put me through to some one to assist me. And she just transferred me to switchboard again. What is the 0860555111 number for then and I have been on the line long already and now again i must phone another number?

Please somebody from Nedbank contact me and resolve my issue.
