I sitting with a big headache problem here about my Vodacom account. Last month I got an account of R 931.97 for the month and my phone is soft locked on R 250.00 p/m.
I started to query this account and was told that it was for content services. But they couldn't tell me for what type of content services this was. After a few calls and talking to about 10 different people a sms were sent to me with a reference number (S3-TK5BG-GBYI). After another few calls I was asked after 5 days to contact Smart-call centre with my query.
This I also did and also talking to a few different people I still didn't get any proper answer from them. I did this calls from my Telkom phone line and chased my Telkom account up, and needs to pay this as well as the Vodacom account.
Smart-call tried to help but failed and referred me to Smart-call technologies. They couldn't pick up even my phone number or any records. A few days later I received a email from Solomon Modisa that states I subscribed to promotional sayings and that he canceled the subscription, this after Vodacom call centre couldn't pick anything up.
