No answers!!

I have not been able to download or send out emails on my 8ta account today. It has nothing to do with my server settings or my modem, as I use the internet to download my emails and everyone has been calling me today to say that all their emails are being returned undeliverable. I called the 081180 number and every person I spoke to (and they were many, as they kept on transferring me to another person - which turned out to be to the front of the queue at the call centre) couldn't give me an answer. Only after I complained on their website (I can still use my internet for everything else) did someone (Rushaan Dada) send me an email to my other email address which I used, and after over two hours of emailing back and forth was I told that they are experiencing technical problems and that they have no idea when the problem will be solved. This is just plain ridiculous and I will certainly not be renewing my contract once it expires. I should NEVER have taken out a contract with them in the first place as service has been terrible!
