I purchase a S4 from Mtn in Aug 2013. The headset automatically stop working as tho it was a factory fault. I went to the store to where I purchased the cell phone, they had advised me that I need to send my my cell phone with the headsets. And it would take 2/3 weeks to repair. That is just not acceptable. How will I manage 2/3 weeks without a cell phone. It's not the phone that is a problem is it the headset. MTN are really not a good service industry. The service!! I want a new headset, what's so problem about that? I'm currently paying R500 p/m for this stupid contract and I must be told that MTN has certain processes. I would like a new headset and I am not prepared to send my cell phone for 2/3 weeks of repairs when there is nothing wrong with my phone. URGENTLY NEED FEEDBACK!!!
