Both our telephone and ADSL from Telkom are not working - for more than two months now.
We have been at the Telkom office in Stellenbosch. People there point you to a telephone and that's it, - no more assistance. We have now phoned three times over the past two months - hanging on for between 10 and 30 minutes for an operator to answer. They then just say that it is reported and they are very busy.
In the meantime we are loosing income and suffer a lot of inconvenience downloading e-mails, printing, phoning (cell phone reception is very bad where we live Welgevonden) etc.
