RDS-DESTROYED MY BANK PROFILE AND MY LIFE-TELKO

ONCE AGAIN I PLACE A COMPLAINT WITH NO RESPONSE AS TO SOLUTION AS TELKOM EMPLOYEES GET PAID TO SIT ON THIER . MY BANK ACCOUNT HAS NEVER HAD RDS AND NOW IM FACED WITH R1265 WORTH OF RDS.ALSO DESTROYED MY BANKING PROFILE WHICH LEAD TO ME NOTHING GETTING APPROVAL ON HOMELOAN.AND ALL THIS HAPPEN FROM MAY 2013 WHEN I WAS GIVEN THE WRONG CELL CONTRANCT STILL PAID FOR IT THEN WAS NO SERVICE 3 MONTHS BUT BILLED FOR IT.EVEN THE EMPLOYESS AT TELKOM COMPLAIN ABOUT THE BILLING DEPARTMENT AND ADVISE CLIENT TO RETURN DEBITS AS I WAS ADVISED THE SAME.WOW EITA ..ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK AND MY CONTRACTS CLOSED OFF TAKE YOUR PHONES AS I BEGGED SO MANY TIMES I WILL NOT PAY ANY CANCELLATION FEES AS THIS WAS NEVER MY PROBLEM AS YOU CAN SEE I WAS WITH YOURL FOR 2 YEARS PRIOR NO ISSUES BESIDES IN THE BEGINING WHERE YOU MADE ME WAIT TWO MONTHS FOR NUMBER PORTING. I WANT MY STANDARD BANK ACCOUNT WHICH I EMAILED BILLING AND RETENTION AND BACKOFFICE TODAY ALL RDS PAID BACK TO MY ACCOUNT AND A LETTER SENT TO STANDARD BANK TO EXPLAIN WHY THEY DID WHAT THEY DID.I WORK OFF A BUDGET AND EITA DID AS PLEASED WITH MY BANK ACCOUNT SO THEY CAUSED SO MUCH OF DAMAGE TO MY ACCOUNT.I HAVE REFERED THIS TO NCR...
