S4 HOUSE OF MARLEY HEADSET A1-01TO-LB911S

20/06/2013 - Took out a new contract and upgraded another contract at the 4U store at Carnival Mall. The Galaxy S4 came with a House of Marley Headset. The store had no headsets in stock and said that they would come in the following Wednesday. For 3 weeks I went to the store and was told "next week" every time. I then contacted Vodacom Head Office on 30/7/2013. I received an sms from Rodrique Lategan, who had contacted the store, who had promised him to contact me. The did not. I eventually contacted them on 07/08/2013 and spoke to Juan. On Thursday I went to the store, and asked Juan if I could expect the headset by Friday 16th. He had long stories. I once again contacted Head Office and Rodrique Lategan called me again to say that he had also called the store and was told that the supplier would be delivering.

I STILL AWAIT A CALL FROM THE STORE NOTIFYING ME THAT THE HEADSET HAS ARRIVED OR FROM VODACOM HEAD OFFICE TO TELL ME HOW THIS PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED.

IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS ALREADY!
