Damaged and Used Headset

I Bought Headset at Markham and when i got home I opened them and found that they were used Headset and they also had eye Jam on them.

I asked my Cousin to take them back and when he did they just took the returned headset and told him to Take a new pair, But what was strange is they were told that those headset are used and damaged but they put them back on the stand for the next victim (Customer).

The new headset provided was also used and damaged.
