I bought an Easidial 225EX from Telkom on the 24/03/2013. The reason I bought that specific phone is that it comes with a headset. I had an operation on my right arm and I have only about 15% functionality of the arm and I found the headset to be very useful.
The headset is not of a very good quality but very functional. I have tried to get a replacement headset from Telkom but without success.
I followed several steps to obtain a new headset, including visits to 2 Telkom Shops
The telephone works, all I want is a new headset.
I am now sitting with a headset stuck together with cello tape.
I did not even try to do a warranty claim, perhaps I should have.
But, the service and attitude from Telkom Shops.
