I sent my Samsung S3 in for repairs on the 14th February 2013, the package contained my headset as well as my battery. When it returned today (22-02-2013) my headset had red pen marks on it and my battery was not included. I phoned 24 Hour Mobility Insurance to enquire about this and they said that they'll only be able to locate the battery in 48hours. This is not my problem, I was told to send my battery along with the phone for the repairs, now due to their negligence I am still without a phone. Highly annoyed and dissatisfied customer!!!
