Terrible service!

I really don't know how people can still support this cellular service provider! Since day one I've only received terrible service and they have billed me connection fee's when there was said "no sim & connection fee" applicable! If that's not all, I was due for an upgrade already in December and when I went into store they didn't have the phone I wanted and so it went forth with 3 different phones. How the can a cellular store not have stock of 4 different cellphones!? Today I went back to MTN Centurion & all went well until they told me I have to pay R230 p/m for a phone that is advertised for R189 p/m, none of the consultants of all 3 MTN stores told me that there will be a difference in the monthly fee's although they knew it's an upgrade! I also asked why and the consultant didn't even know what he was talking about, right there and then I lost it! I wasted my time and money for nothing! I cancelled my contract today and MTN will never ever see me again! It's just too bad that I have to wait 30days for this contract to be cancelled and that I still have to pay this company for the next two months! I have never been this furious at any another company before!
