Wainting for 3 months for response from vodacom

I upgraded my cell phone and data contract on 7 November 2013 with Mondale mobile an agent for vodacom. i am still waiting for the free gifts that were supposed to come witht he contract. I called Mondale mobile every week up until mid december and get told one story after the other including from Mr Vis Chetty. I called vodacom and get sent from pillar to post. I have posted 3 reports on Hello peter and everytime vodacom responds with the standard mail "thank you for bringing it to our attention we will get back to you" they are still getting back after 3 months. I am sick and tired of all the. At times I was told they were out of stock, but more becasue the same promotion ran over the festive season and a friend of mine bought the same deal and got her free items. The sales staff and management at Vodacom and Mondale mobile are a bunch of liars. As much as i have a contractual obligation to pay this contract monthly I believe they have an obligation to see that all the agreed items are supplied according to the contract. I wonder how quick Vodacom will call me once I change my banking details that this contract gets paid from because they get the money every month.
