Nashua Mobile
Overcharging on contract

I entered into a 24 month contract with Nashua Mobile for a tablet together with data on 17 November 2011, expecting to pay 24 fixed monthly fees. On 17 October 2013 I contacted the Nashua Mobile service centre to terminate my contract on 17 November. The operator however convinced me to extend the data portion of my contract for another 24 months. The tablet subscription was not extended. When I received my November invoice I noticed that Nashua charged me for the full month of November for the tablet. I was already charged for half a month in November 2011, therefore the contract for the tablet should have ended on 17 November 2013 and not 30 November 2013. I have therefore been charged for 24.5 months and not 24 as per my contract with Nashua. I also noticed that the new monthly fee for the extended data contract was R20 more per month than what I was quoted when I called on 17 October. I called Nashua on 8 and 11 November without any luck to resolve the above. I called again on 28 November and manged to sort out the incorrect billing on the extended data contract, however the incorrect data charge for November was not fixed and the overcharge on the tablet subscription also not
