Fault not attended to almost a month late

We reported a fault on our line in the first week of January or last week of December. Our landline doesn't work at all. We were told that a technician would attend but this has not happened. I run a practice from my home and it is vital that I have a functioning landline. This lack of service is simply unacceptable.
