Hi,
I've been trying for the past 3 months to get my contract cancelled for both my mobile as well as data packages. For some reason the people at the Tygervalley Brunch just cant do it and I see its still not completed.
I've also noticed that extra charges has been put onto my data package and I was told that this is for extra data being used. I do not understand how this happens because I opened a fixed 2GB package and I should never be able to go above that amount or be charged extra.
Can someone please sort both of these things out.
