Hi, I am a very unhappy customer. I have purchased a blackberry 9300 which has been giving me problems from the 2nd month that I have It. It has gone for repairs 3 times for the same problem. It is unfair that a brand new handset can give so much of problems. The phone has know been booked In for the 4th time and the repair centre tells me the reason its doing this Is cause of the memory card. That is total nonsence It Is the first time In my life that someone tells me a memory card can cause a phone to get faulty. The store has spoken to a person by the name of Dudu mtn repairs. Can someone please assist me cause I had enough with this.
