SO I PURCHASED A NOKIA ASHA HANDSET FROM FOSCHINI January 2012 and experience the following problems within four months:
1) Whenever i would play a game, log onto the internet etc. the application would close with an error "out of memory"-i was advised to purchase a bigger memory card, i did and i got the same problem;
2) A couple of months later the phone would switch off completely on its own but had enough battery life;
3) The email application was not allowing me to log into my emails;
4) The social icon completely disappeared.

I finally took the phone in for repairs... To my dismay i received a report stating it needed a software upgrade and that the battery was faulty and that is an accessory so it can not be replaced even though the handset is still under its two year warranty.

HOWEVER,

I am still having the same problem and its not even a full two months after the repair job.

WHAT NOW???!!!
