Telkom has no contract signed between them and I for any billing concerning the 3 months probation free internet promo the ran in January 2012, since last year I have been contacted by attorneys who have tried to force me to pay for a service that was free.
I have made queries with these attorneys regarding the reason I am being charged for something I never signed a contract on, but non of them EVER come back to me with a solution. I continue to receive threats from Telkom to put this on my ITC but they refuse to assist me or fix this issue.
I am fed up and need this issue addressed soon as I am willing to take to court.
