DMI Attorneys are they Telkoms collections Agency?

I was in arrears with my Telkom Account and my service was suspended. On the 10th of January I paid the outstanding amount and my service was re activated. 15th of January get contacted by Dmi Attorneys asking me to settle the account, which I informed them was done. They said a balance of R280 was still outstanding. I asked them for the account which I received and found out that according to them Telkom instructed them in Oct about the matter. I tried contacting them via telephone and email, but no response. They eventually contacted me again to ask for payment but the Figure had increased to R538. Today again they contacted me and told me that Telkom had blacklisted me and I owe them R1850 /-. You cannot contact anyone from DMI.

According to a search on the net, DMI Attorneys is a, And the DMI attorneys in Durban when contacted advised that over the years they had similar complaints Of This so called DMI Attorneys based in Joburgh.

Can Telkom shed some light on this matter and advise how they blacklisted me, and why was It not removed after the Telkom account was paid. If they can reconnect my services, why am I blacklisted???
