DISGUSTING /RIDICULOUS BILLING DEPARTMENT

In March 2013 my wife made an application under her own business (complete seperate application under her own name) for a tablet at Autopage Ballito branch. The account was charged to my business account despite being a seperate application and entity. The tab froze for the 1st time 1 week later and was replaced.3 weeks later the new tablet froze once again. This was sent to Autopage once again and since shortage of stock i waited 3.5 weeks for replacement. Thereafter i insisted on cancelling my contract and was told to pay in R 600 and after proving to them that they are not entiitled to any money under the new CPA they agreed to cancell (that to after approx 55 calls). I have recieved cancellation in writing and despite informing them to remove the tab account off my business account this is being continously charged to my account. This month also was charged and depite being told that this is creditted off my account my busiiness line is suspended, although account is settled timeously. My opinion is that Aotopage should change over to become a circus because this is, despite employing "professionals" is run like one DISGUSTINGand DISAPPOINTING
