End of november 2013 I requested my adsl line be moved to my new premises, 2 weeks later I contacted telkom as I had not received any feedback. I was then told there are no dsl ports available in my area and there would be some available in january 2014. Start of january I called again and I'm told the project is not complete try again in Feb 2014, to my surprise I got a call last week to confirm my address etc for installation, monday comes I stay home from work so telkom can install my line etc, around 11 I get a call from telkom, my address is wrong? instead of 4th ave, dey got 4th str, even though its like 500m apart, they can't help me and I will have to once again wait with no feedback and pray to the.
