We have an issue with our ADSL line at home, which is used for business purposes, since Friday morning. The fault was logged with MWEB who ensured us that it was logged with Telkom and that this issue will be sorted.By today, Monday, it is still not sorted and in fact, I have been on hold with the call centre at Telkom for over 30min without even speaking to a person!
I would appreciate a call ASAP as any further delay in response will result in our company billing Telkom for business lost due to this fault.
