I called last Friday to make an enquiry of the account I never knew it existed, I spoke to Rosemary on Friday, who told me that I opened the account in 2005 and only started to debit in 2013, I know very well that I never opened an account with your company but you are busy debit money from my bank, and I have no idea where you got my banking details from, to make matters worse they want me to trust them and give them my banking statements for them to refund me my money, the way they opened my account they must refund me my money or I will have to take this case further to my lawyers, if this case is not taken care of, Rosemary claims that this account its cancelled when I just received a returned debit order from them again, what nonsense is this, I'm not wasting my time going to the bank and get a statement, I want this matter resolved with immediate effect
