Hello Peter
I have taken out a hospital plan with Chartis in March 2013, unfortunately I closed my old bank account and opened a new one, I could not contact them to notify them about the changes because I didn't have their contact details they never sent me the documents although they have promised to send me within 30 days, they have my postal address and email address.
I received a letter from them asking me to re-instate my account with them and I provided them with my banking details, No one told me that they were going to take more money from my account to my surprise they were trying to debit money from my account about five times, and the bank charges were R73.39 for each debit order
What I know is we had an agreement that they were going deduct R60, 00 each money, I am requesting this company to payback the bank charges and I want them to cancel the account please
