Vodacom
I am paying for a phone that i have never used

I applied for a contract in December telephonically through vodacom direct. after taking a week to deliver the phone, they deliverd a wrong sim card. i recieved a Blackberry Z30 with a nano sim instead of a micro sim. i then inserted the Sim in the phone and it would not read it. i phoned 0821945 and explained what was happening. they advised me to use a sharp object (toothpick, needle, hairpin) to fiddle with the sim card. after trying that it still would not work. the following day i went to a Vodashop and they fiddled with the phone trying to get the Sim card which was stuck inside out. after some time of struggling they then reffered me to vodacom repairs, where they also fiddled with the phone. i then took it to vodacom world and they booked it in for repairs. after three weeks they call me with a quote of 5700 to repair the broken sim reader. i refused to pay and told them i want to cancel. they have still not cancelled my contract after debiting for two months for a phone i have never even used. please help me because i am so frustrated and dont know what to do anymore.
