DONOT use MTN Chilli Lane - Not helpful at all!!!

The battery on my S4 was swollen, I handed it in on the 10th, called the repair centre to follow up they say they haven't received it so I go to the store. The manager and the 2 guys below him argue in front of the whole store about who dealt with my phone, 1 says my phone is in the safe, the other says it was picked up. I eventually get a ref no that wasn't originally given to me & followed up everyday. The answers were diff everyday, last Friday I find out that Kenny from MTN chilli lane didn't fill in page 4 of the OBF form, he says that the repair centre is lying and they don't need to fill it in, calls me back and apologises as he did make the mistake. He also gave me a new surname when he called me. I then advise that its unacceptable that I have to do the phoning and if I hadn't followed up they wouldn't have known that there is a page missing and my phone would have sat there forever. He then advised that he will put it as urgent on the system, I asked him to pls sms me as the phone that I borrowed doesn't work, I am still waiting for an sms with some information on my phone. DO NOT go to this store, they are unfortunately quite useless, I will rather drive to Morningside.
