WRONG BILLING!!

I am not happy with the current spend billing and of which I called your call centre and they told me my 2g was finished on the 25th and I last used it on the 29th. My bill has skyrocketed to R808.69 and my normal bill its usually R500.Hw do you explain that I used internet for 3days and amounting R308.69.The problem is it you guys if you see the debits going through every month you take advantage of that and make my account a play ground. Kindly sort your mess out or else I will return that R808.69 and you will also be liable for the debit return charges. Aikhona mani, this unacceptable!!

The above is a resent which Mtn promised to look and the billing and has not done so. This is unacceptable and i will not tolerate this!!!
