Debit order not HONOURED now facing ARREARS

I opened a Credit card account in November 2013 at Nedbank Sandton city. I gave the guy all my banking details as well as my 3 months FNB statements, My ID i also clearly advised him that i want debit oder to come off every month on the 25th
I havent been checking my FNB cheque account statement. I eventually got a letter dated 29 November 2013 - 28 December 2013 only now after 25 January 2013 as i was away on holiday to my amaze there has not been any payment made on this account. It stated that i owed R340.00 of which i paid R350 on 31 January 2014.

My complaint is i have two other accounts with Nedbank you cannot tell me that you do not have my FNB banking detils as both are debited on the 25th.

I will not pay the arrears as a result of negligience of a consultant for faliled customer service whereby i provided everything to the bank why should i be punished for this.

On 31 January 2014 i called the credit card division to explain my situation all they told me was "go back to the branch where you opened the account" ..SERIOUSLY??? I need a manager to call me as the consultant cannot help me :-(
