On Wednesday 15/01/2014 I wrote a report regarding my cell. phone which was handed in for repairs 8 days ago, that I could not get a loan phone and had to buy another phone after a client for 21 years. The reply I got back was that they would try to assist. I however got my phone back on 16/01/2014 with some details regarding phone numbers lost, and my emails not activated any more. I permanently asked to save the details and was assured so. It seems to me that Vodacom are only interested in their clients money and after a contract was signed they do not worry about clients any more. I am still waiting for their response regarding my original complaint, but think they are still trying to assist.
