Worst service EVER in my life!

HI,

Nashua Mobile is the service provider for the company phone I;m using. In September 2012 I contacted Nashua MObile and got all the relevant info and forms as I was due for an upgrade. I also wanted to change from vodacom to MTN. All the documents etc was sent through to Nashua Mobile and to make a long story short, 3 months later still no feedback or anything. So I contact Nashua Mobile again, and had to RESEND all the various documents.

Yesterday I received an email and an sms stating everything has been approved and the sms stated welcome to MTN. Since around 19h00 last night (09/01/2013) i was of the air (no signal). From 7h00 today (10/01/2013) i was on the phone with Nashua Mobile trying to resolve this. Again to make a long story short, my new sim card was never delivered to me but I was on the MTN network already, thus no service (signal) untill around 16h00 today.

Half of the people at Nashua Mobile didnt know what to do or couldn't help me. Overall they have waisted a whole day of mine, as I was on the phone almost the whole day.

Again, also none of my customers could get hold of me!
PATHETIC and people should think twice before using Nashua Mobile
