Over the the last 3 months (Oct, Nov, Dec) i have been receiving ridiculous bills from Nashua, when I inquired I found out that there was an extra phone on my name, which i never signed for and i don't even know about.
an iPhone was added in my account without my knowledge, what make it even worse is that no ID copy was attached when this contract was taken on the 2nd of September 2013, more over the signature does not match mine and i never took any phone from Nashua.
I have inquired about this and i am not getting proper response, i want this resolved as soon as possible.
in October i paid a bill of about R1600, November R1100, December R950 instead of R482, 00
This is at its best and negligent from Nashua.
