Our company was accused of "hacking" into another company's Mail Marshall account over the festive season. This company's primary delivery IP for their mail was changed without them knowing. This info was given to them by Nelisiwe Hasena working in the premier team. As we have been an MWEB partner for over 6 years we know that this is impossible as only MWEB can make changes to Mail Marshall. Thus, someone from MWEB went ahead and made unauthorised changes to mail delivery IP's allowing someone to intercept confidential information. We have been trying to get accurate information from MWEB for more than 2 weeks as it seems they are trying to cover up the fact that they made a HUGE mistake. After endless mails to Kholeka Mvulane (Head of technical) and every other MWEB person on my distribution list, I decided to take action by taking this issue public. Hopefully we might get some answers soon.
