I have an email account with MWEB. Intermittently my mail address mysteriously gets blacklisted and mails bounce back. IT support of the server rejecting my mail instructed me to take the issue up with my supplier - the delightful MWEB.
I take the matter up with MWEB. They immediately pass the buck and blame MTN Business for the error. Now, I have NO dealings with MTN Business whatsoever. MWEB gets money every month for the use of an email address maintained by them. Except, when there is a problem with this mail address, no responsibility is taken.
