I am trying to change an e-mail address to which an MWEB faxservice is routed. This seems to be a problem never before encountered by anyone, which situation is obviously quite ridiculous. Having made 4 calls over 4 days, and sent confirmatory e-mails I have reached a brick wall. Calls to MWEB last up to 25 minutes at a time, with promises which never materialise. HELP. HELP
