WORST SERVICE OR ASSISTANCE FROM MTN OFFICES!!!

PROBLEM: MY MTN SIGNAL IN BRACKENHURST AREA ALBERTON - WHEN RECEIVING A CALL CLIENTS CAN NOT HEAR ME, CLIENTS MUST CONTACT ME MORE THAN 6 TIMES TO GET HOLD OF ME DUE TO SIGNAL. WHILE ON THE LINE WITH CLIENTS THEY BARELY HEAR ME OR ME THEM, WHILE ON THE LINE THE CALL KEEP BEING CUT OFF HALF WAY DURING CONVERSATION!!!

I HAVE PHONED, EMAILED AND FACEBOOK MTN TO PLEASE COME AND HELP ME OR FIND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM IS OR IS THERE A PROBLEM WITH THE TOWER. FOR 2 MONTHS I AM FIGHTING WITH MTN BECAUSE OF THE FRUSTRATING SIGNAL PROBLEM.

THEY NEVER EVER TRY TO ASSIST ME, SEND OUT SOMEONE TO TEST AND SEE WHY THERE IS A PROBLEM IN OUR AREA FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS, THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME BACK TO FOLLOW UP AND MAKE SURE IF ALL IS OK, THEY NEVER TRIED TO EXPLAIN OR INVESTIGATE WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM. THEY NEVER EVEN FOLLOWED UP ON THE REFERENCE THEY SEND ME TO SEND SOMEONE TO SOLVE OUR PROBLEM, WE WERE TOLD THAT THIS PERSON WILL ARRIVE IN 10 WORKING DAYS, AND IT IS NOW ALMOST 15 WORKING DAYS!!!

NO ONE AT MTN OFFICES OR CALL CENTRES ARE ABLE TO ASSIST WITH THIS PROBLEM, BUT THEY ARE FAST TO DEDUCT THEIRE MONEY EVERY MONTH END!!!
