It is unacceptable that this handset is not being repaired. I was told that this device was Physically damaged & therefore not charging? Well unfortunatelly this is not the case, This handset is under 3 months old and was not phyically damaged ; i had not seen any damages when I handed it in for repairs .the only physical act was connecting the device to the the connector charger "of cource physically " unless the device can charge on its own? Which everyone has to do when they charge the phone? However wat sort of device will stop charging unless it has been weakly manufactured? This device has never fallen or handled in a poor mannor? I dont accept and understand why i need to pay for something i did not cause at all. Why was pictures not taken in my presence? Why did the store not advise before accepting the device? I requested a detailed report from Markus Muller as how this" SENOIR tehnical individual" concluded that this device was physically damaged? I was told that he has other customers to attend to? I request that all contracts be cancelled as this is a breach on Vodacoms Side purely, I have been a valued customer for many years and very dissapointed to recieve poor service
