I got a phone through fnb, the contract included two phones on August 2013, Nokia handset had problems and took it to be fixed on the 27/09/2013 (job number9235345-12294367). After two months I went to the branch and was told it could be located and I again requested they cancel my contract as the cant deliver (phone airtime) and I was told I then have to pay R1400.00 for cancellation of the contract.
I do not understand how could it be my fault because I never missed payment on the services promised whilst Vodacom have ben unable to fix my phone.
