After a wrong allocation by Vodacom on my account on 20 November my debit order did not go off at the end of November. I called the call centre to inform them that I did not make the payment and want to settle my account but I blocked my internet profile and need help to unblock it. The message said CALL CUSTOMER CARE FOR ASSISTANCE 082111. This happened more than a week ago and after various calls, escalations and referrals to other departments I am still waiting for help. The wrong allocation was reversed in the meantime and I could not take out a new contract today because my account showed the amount outstanding. Vodacom Customer Service is appailing. I will not take out any new contracts with Vodacom and will cancel my existing contracts as soon as possible. After more than 10 years I guess I will be heading to MTN on Thursday.
