I bought a Samsung Galaxy Pocket cellphone at Vodacom Atteridge Stadium Centre on Monday 2014-01-20, the cellphone doesn't call, send messages or browse internent. I took the cellphone back to Vodacom and Tebogo told me that they will book the phone in even though it's only 2 days since I bought it and she told me it wll take 3-4 weeks.i tried to explain to her that i deserve to get a new phone since it was only 2 days after i bought it, she told me I won't get a new phone because she wasn't the one who sold the phone to me. She was very harsh and not friendly at all. As a Vodacom client I request that you take her for a serious Customer Service Training.
