I have had an issue ever since I upgraded to a 4mbps line. I cannot play online games with 4mbps line I get an extremely high ping even locally although on a slower line I had no issues. A technician contacted me and informed me about congestion on the trunk and it will take 30 minutes to resolve. I have logged a complaint over a week ago and this issue has not been resolved. This is a real inconvenience as I upgraded exclusively for better online gaming experience.
