I cant understand why does it take so long for my adsl line to be active ive been waiting since 2009 and its now 2014 and still nothing days go by and every day I get a new escalating ref nr or fault nr or some ref nr from you guys I cant take it anymore get the problem fixed its 4 years already going for 5 now im sick off excusses geet a sulotion and get me online this is more than urgent 0118670080 order nr 91590769A my sel nr is 0792291320 phone me urgent and explain to me what is happening and give me a sulotiuon and when I will be online or I start taking bigger steps!!! IVE HAD SO MANY ORDER NR'S TRIED OTHER WAYS THROUGHT OTHER ISP'S BUT NOTHING HELPS SO PHONE ME AND LETS SORT THIS OUT AS I PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT HASNT BEEN WORKING FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND THIS CANT GO ON LIKE THIS ANYMORE
