I do believe that what is happening to me is called. On Wednesday the 15th of January 2014 I purchased data via internet banking between 18:00 and 19:00. I did not received this data as usual in about a minute and I thought that the system might be slow.
On Thursday the 16th I did phone CellC customer centre and reported this and was told that they would look into this problem as I already did find out that it was not my banks mistake. I was given a reference number and told that the problem would be attended to in 24 to 48 hours. As it is now 72 hours later and I still have not receive a call from CellC to notify me that they are still working on the problem/or solved this issue I can only assume that they are not intending to do so or return my money to me. As I do need this data for my work I have now lost three days of my salary due to no caring from them.
I hope people read this and think twice before changing their cellular provider to CellC as they do not seem to care.
