Sent sms re urgent booking to colleague on 13/01/2014. No response and he had no confirmation from me so he phoned and I confirmed non receipt. On 15/01/2014 at about 08h40 message finally came through. Took this up with supplier call centre who said it must be my phone. However i had received other messages in the interim. Their reference no S30438V-VC43 but to date absolutely no response. What would have happened if this was life and death situation.
