I eventually got at technician to look at my faulty alarm system in November, same problem re occurred, in January, this where it all went pair shaped.
Phoned Ismael on the 23 Jan 2014, told to reset the alarm, did not work Phoned on the 27 Jan 2014, got a booking for the 29th Jan 2014, technician did not pitch, Phoned Ismael 31 Jan 2014, got a booking for the 3rd of February 2014, true to form, Technician did not pitch, phoned Ismael this morning, left 3 messages, again no phone calls returned (oh this seems to be the norm). Eventually got hold of him, same lame excuses, he said he arranged a technician to see me today with out my knowledge or consent... dumbfounded much!!!
My Family's Safety is my Priority, your lack of services impedes my good intentions.
