Reference numbers: 4010100857 (01/01/2014) & 1401010000130501 (06/01/2014)

I requested migration from my current contract to the Straight Up Infinity package on 01/01/2014. I was told that I would be contacted within 2 days. I did a website enquiry on 06/01/2014 and received a reply on the same day that my request will be attended to shortly. Today is 10/01/2014 and I am still awaiting feedback.
When will this matter be resolved???
