WAITING FOR RESPONSE SINCE 22 NOVEMBER 2013!!

This is the 1st time I'm going public with anything - am copying and pasting what I put on the Vodacom Face Book Wall on 8TH JANUARY 2014. out of desperation.

TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM VODACOM, AND WAS ADVISED THAT THE MATTER WAS HANDED OVER TO THE RETENTION DIVISION ON 8TH JANUARY 2014, AND THAT I WOULD BE CONTACTED WITHIN 24 HOURS!!!

The whole matter can be read on the Face Book Wall:

"I have been waiting since 22nd November 2013 for somebody to call me regarding my package and account!!!

The reference number is S3 - T6A2D - DMHBO

I phoned your call centre again on Monday and was promised that I would receive call. I have had absolutely no response!!!

Why are the people at the call centre not trained to assist customers with a query???

Why do we have to wait for staff to call us back???

I have been seriously "done in" by Vodacom, and am disgusted as I've been your customer for many years.

There is no other alternative left now but for me to report this matter to the Consumer Council".

Face Book have now issued another reference number: A1-SBH7-QHO5MH

AM HOPING THAT I GET A RESPONSE ON HERE???
