I called into the call centre to ask that the two contract i have are cancelled and converted to pre paid. i was still asked why i wanted to and a few other questions, and told that Virgin no longer cancels contracts, but they only convert to pre paid.
I was assured that i would no longer be charged monthly, and if I wanted airtime, i would need to load it.
I am not 100% sure, but i think my contract expired end November. I know i called two months, and then one month before that to ensure i was not continueing with the contracts.
only to find out, that for the past few months, i am still being billed for both.
