In January Telkom installed a Yagi antenna at our house because of speeds < 0.3 mbps. It really worked well and we got speeds >1.6 mbps.
For the last 3 weeks, the system has been very slow. [URL Removed] has been loading for the last 4 minutes and I am still waiting. The call center is useless. The first agent (Tuesday) didnt know what mbps meant. The second one (last night) told me that "we have a problem on the system and dont know when it will be working again." I am still waiting for 8ta to consistently deliver what I pay for. I cannot even tell what speed I am getting because [URL Removed] cannot even load. Disgusting
