Shocking Service

Arranged an upgrade to a new tablet and was sent wrong item. Did not sign anything and returned the tablet immediately. Vodacom acknowledged receipt of the item but have now changed my next upgrade date to 2016. Have spoken, written to them at least 5 times with a return promise each time to "urgently investgate" and call back. My reference number is: S3-04W2C-CBHET
Not one call back and no change to upgrade date has been made. This is now 4 weeks ongoing and still no resolution. The special offer for the tablet I want will soon expire, then what?
